We are looking for a Rising Star, an AI- Native who is currently obsessed with tools like Claude Code and MCP (Model Context Protocol), someone at the cutting edge of tech.

The Role

Our client, a powerhouse B2B SaaS business, is looking for a forward-thinking Agentic AI Program Manager to help them transition from "AI-assisted" to "AI-agentic" workflows. You won't just be managing spreadsheets; you will be the architect of an autonomous workforce. Using Claude (Anthropic) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), you will design and implement agentic loops that allow AI to plan, execute, and verify complex programs across our ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Agentic Orchestration: Define the "rules of engagement" for Claude-based agents to handle multi-step program tasks (e.g., automated status reporting, cross-functional dependency tracking, and risk mitigation).
• MCP Integration: Work with engineering to identify and "hook" internal data sources into Claude using the Model Context Protocol, allowing agents to "read" the state of our clients programs in real-time.
• Loop Management: Design "Plan-Act-Verify" loops where AI agents perform repetitive coordination tasks, while you provide the strategic oversight and "human-in-the-loop" approval.
• Operational Scaling: Move beyond chatbots. You will build persistent "AI Handbooks" (similar to .claudemd frameworks) that store brand voice, project context, and operational standards for every agent in the program.

Who You Are

• The AI-Native Operator: You don't just use ChatGPT; you have experimented with Claude Code, Aider, or autonomous agents. You understand the difference between a prompt and an agentic workflow.
• Systems Thinker: You can take a messy human process and break it into a logic flow that an AI can follow.
• Technically Curious: You aren't necessarily a dev, but you’re comfortable with JSON, basic terminal commands, and understand how APIs connect different tools.
• Curious: You are excited to be in the heart of the AI boom, collaborating with traditional Program Management to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Technical Program Manager (TPM): you are looking to accelerate your newly honed AI skills to the next level.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Program/Project Management or Operations (ideally in Tech).
• Proven experience using LLMs (specifically Claude/Anthropic) to automate personal or professional workflows.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts (Chain-of-Thought, Tool Use, MCP).
• Excellent communication skills—you can translate complex AI behaviors into clear business outcomes.
• We are Look for "Technical Program Managers" (TPMs) who are early in their career or "Operations Analysts" at AI startups.
