Latam specialist SDR
We are searching for an upbeat, sales-focused, results-driven professional to join our Sales Development team to head outbound efforts, drive lead generation, and help fill the top of our commercial team’s pipelines. The sales development representative will do outbound prospecting and research, using our ideal customer profile, to connect with the appropriate contact through cold calling and emailing. This expert must enjoy the challenge of the hunt and the ability to showcase and highlight our offerings in a compelling fashion. As part of our commercial organization, this role will report to the Sales Development Manager. We are big advocates of AI.

- You are proficient with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, Marketo, LinkedIn, Orum, Outreach, 6Sense and the latest AI tools
- You know the Latam B2B market
What You’ll Do:
- Actively outbound prospect (cold-calling and messaging) and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities
- Navigate through company information/research to find key decision makers and get past gatekeepers to reach them
- Further lead responses and develop relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial team to align on the most up-to-date messaging and remain consistent with clients strategy, vision, and goals
- Stay knowledgeable on clients newest products and services and current with business travel trends
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Latam inside sales or business development with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1/Bilingual level) is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages is critical.
- Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability, coachability, high drive and sense of urgency - comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, Marketo, LinkedIn, Orum, Outreach, 6Sense
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and tenacious; unafraid of rejection
- Willingness to adapt and ability to thrive in the everchanging B2B industry
- Ability to adjust quickly to optimize processes based on results or standard methodologies
- Experience working with multiple partners to prioritize effectively while handling diverse needs among multiple teams
