Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve ambitious acquisition KPIs.
• Optimize Performance: Manage and optimize channel mix across paid social and search, ensuring efficient CAC management.
• Analyze & Strategize: Leverage data analysis to develop cohesive growth strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Manage Budgets: Forecast and manage marketing spend and ROI, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Lead & Collaborate: Collaborate with Content and Partnerships Managers, and represent marketing across the organization.
• Empower the Team: Share your expertise and contribute to building a high-performing marketing powerhouse.
• Build Relationships: Network and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing budgets and channel mix (paid social, search).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• A data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
